Terms of Service

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

By ordering you confirm that the delivery details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Panel heights, planter dimensions and apron sizes come from the supplier specification for each product.

Screen colour varies between devices, and a small difference in finish or shade is not treated as a fault.

Orders are subject to stock and payment verification. Garden stock is restocked in small runs and can sell out between the cart and checkout.

If an item becomes unavailable before dispatch we contact you, charge only for what can be sent and refund the difference.

All prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. The figure shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Payment is taken on a hosted, PCI-compliant page. We accept credit card and the other methods offered there, and no full card details are stored by us.

Dispatch and delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather and incomplete addresses can extend them.

Risk passes to you when the order is delivered. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work through the carrier claim with you.

Returns are governed by the Return Policy. Unused goods in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Once a returned parcel passes inspection, the refund goes to the original payment method within 7 days. An order that has not shipped is cancelled and refunded in full.

The fence panels are coated steel intended for outdoor ground. Fix them into soil rather than concrete, and check the coating after a hard winter.

Planters should be emptied of standing water before a hard frost. Aprons are machine washable, but wash them cool and air dry so the cotton and linen blend keeps its shape.

The text, product photography and page design on this site belong to Morvella or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use.

To the extent the law allows, Morvella is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from delays outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may revise these terms occasionally. Whatever is published on this page at the moment you order is the version that governs that order.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] and we reply within one working day.
